Installation Service
If you are the client choosing us for the turnkey brewing system, we make the installation service on site as the next important stage after the completion in workshop. The technical team coming with equipment arrival on site, to proceed the new stage with you or the brewing team, till the final acceptance after commission&test brew.
Equipment position
Both ZYB team and local team working closely for positioning of both tanks and other big utilities unit. Container unloading and positioning processing and being completed together.
Piping&wiring
The preassembled piping being reassembled on site, and new piping fitting&welding to be processed, till all different parts with fully piping work connection. The whole system wiring which covers both power cabling and signal wiring, then waiting for the final stage brewing.
Programming&test brew
If the program is part of supply scope, either on site or remote support on programming is there. Both onsite technicians and programmer in company coordinate for the successful software completion and water test.
Test Brewing
A test brewing is always necessary after system water test which is under the cooperation between both parties.Make this process as a way of getting used of whole brewing system, and be ready for commercial brew.
Training
The training complies with work of local team since the initial stage installation. Further training job is guaranteed which is more for brewing operation, and the smooth new system running in the end.
Support
There is always guarantee on further technical support after FAT, ZYB technicians take care of all questions from every singe brews. Then the life long service.
