Cellar tanksA well-balanced ratio between diameter and cylinder supports proper circulation and helps develop better beer flavor during fermentation and aging. Each tank features refined internal surface treatment, proper headspace for fermentation control, and a well-designed cooling jacket for efficient heat exchange and accurate temperature management.
