ZYB Craft ist ein professioneller Hersteller von Brauereianlagen mit über 14 Jahren Erfahrung. Wir liefern über 300 schlüsselfertige Sudhaussysteme (3BBL–100HL) und globale Dienstleistungen für Kunden in über 70 Ländern und Regionen.

ZYB Craft offers a wide range of brewery equipment solutions including Brewhouse, Fermentation Tanks, Bright Tanks, Keg Washers, Canning, and Bottling Lines. Meanwhile we do expand the supply scope to distilling systems, Kombucha plant and others used for fruit wine, dairy etc.
Our equipment is manufactured based on reasonable customization, and with the whole process from design to production and on site installation&commission under strict quality control, to bring further guarantee on each end users.

BrewhouseWe offer a wide range of capacities, configurations, and automation levels. The brewhouse is the core of the entire brewing system, providing precise process control and directly influencing final beer quality. ZYB focuses on accurate control of time and temperature to help end users achieve higher efficiency, better yield, energy savings, and lower labor demand.

Cellar tanksA well-balanced ratio between diameter and cylinder supports proper circulation and helps develop better beer flavor during fermentation and aging. Each tank features refined internal surface treatment, proper headspace for fermentation control, and a well-designed cooling jacket for efficient heat exchange and accurate temperature management.

Brewing support unitStable operation is always the foundation of daily production. Capacity and configuration are defined according to brewhouse and cellar demand, covering grain handling, cooling, cleaning, water supply, automation, and packaging support. All utilities are designed to comply with local requirements in different countries and regions.

Distilling unitWe provide a broad product range for whiskey, gin, vodka, brandy, and other spirits. Systems can be customized for dedicated production or for multi-functional use, with well-integrated brewing and distilling sections to match different process requirements.

Kombucha plantKombucha is one of the product categories we continue to develop based on brewing technology. We can provide either a kombucha solution adapted from a brewing platform or a complete turnkey design, fabrication, and installation package built specifically for kombucha production.

Packaging & pasteurizationWe provide keg filling and washing, as well as canning solutions, based on priorities such as quality, output, cycle time, and production capacity. We also offer flash pasteurizers, chamber pasteurizers, and bath pasteurizers, with different solutions selected according to facility layout, production scale, and pasteurization process requirements.
