Yeast storage tanks are mostly used to store yeast in small and medium-sized craft breweries. The tank has a double-layer structure with a jacket and insulation, or a single-layer tank is placed in a cold storage for storage. The inner surface of the tank is finely treated and equipped with corresponding sterile sampling devices. The tank material is made of stainless steel 304 or 304L, equipped with top stirring and frequency conversion control, and the internal polishing coefficient does not exceed 0.4µm. The yeast storage tank can be connected to the refrigerant pipeline of the brewery fermentation system, and the corresponding diaphragm metering pump can be controlled through the PLC control system to transfer the yeast.
