Project Description:

Since the first day we started cooperation with Derrick on this 12BBL Automatic brewing system and the pilot 200L brewing system in 2018, we have the cooperation lasted till today.

Really appreciated to Derrick who guided ZYB on their automatic brewing system design and configuration, which also brings positive affect to our current ability on real automated brewing system installed in different place of the world.

In the years after the first setup completion, there are more cellar tank being added to fit the request of production increasing, and in the end it is a great honor to be always in the loop of Brewskey expansion.

As one of the most famous restaurants and bar in Montreal, we can only wish they get better and better. A big THANKS to Brewskey gain.

Brewhouse: 12BBL Fully customized automatic brewing system

200L Pilot brwing system

Fully pneumatic valves&sensors

Water system: 25BBL HLT+CLT, full automatically configured

Cellar system: 12BBLUnitanks+15BBL Unitanks+15BBL Horizontal lagering tanks.
