Project Description:

A specially designed and fabricated brewing system based on limited floor plan but enough ceiling height.

It is an old brewing system fabricated and installed at early stage of ZYB history (single and old one),however it is good to see the system is still running well for each brewing. Simple system always means easy operation.

The basic configuration as below:

Brewhouse: 15BBL Two vessel brewhouse, steam heated, manual valve

Water system: 30BBL HLT + 30BBL CLT

Cellar system: 2×15BBL +2×30BBL Unitanks

1×15BBL +1×30BBL BBT

CIP: 300L CIP station-two vessels.
