Project Description:

The owner of this project (Jimmy Young) is partner of the other project we did in Brisbane, Australia: Aether Brewing.

The system is from another supply nearby but not with good working condition, then the further update to a 500L brewhouse system, with CCTs of 1000L etc. Simple system but working stable. Wish Jimmy enjoy each brew and make the pub brewery better and better.

The basic configuration as below:

Brewhouse: 500L Manual Brewhouse

Water system: 1000L Hot water tank + Cold water tank

Cellar system: 1000L fermenters+ 1000L Bright beer tanks

Control system: Manual control system

Others: 200L Multi functional still unit
