Opis projektu:

It is a project with a lot of preparation before moving forward with construction ZYB workshop. The technical team of ZYB went for the visit and check the facility in details, also meet with Reanod and Shawn to clarify the basic configuration and technical details.

We had the next round checking visit after the commission on site for further technical service support.

A the later stage, there were two times expansion from Avant Garde again, to add the 50HL Unitanks and the 50HL Horizontal lagering tanks.

We always keep the communication on service part ongoing in the past years, and wish this is a further guarantee for every daily brew of Avant Garde.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Malt mill+basic flexi auger system

Brewhouse: 25HL 3 vessel brewhouse (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Manual valves with piping switch panel

Water system 75HL HLT+50HL CLT, full assembled

Cellar system: 14×50HL CCTs after two times expansion, 4*50HL Horizontal lagering tank

CIP: 5HL CIP of 3 vessels (Caustic+acid+sterilize)
