Project Description:
The basic configuration as below:
Milling unit:
100kgs/H malt mill with double rollers.
2bbl 2 vessel compact brewhouse(Mash/lauter tun+Kettle/whirlpool tun)
Double stagse PHE for wort cooling, with preset dual strainer.
Water system
4BBL Hot water tank+hot water pump
Cellar system:
3×2BBL CCT + 2×2BBL CT , with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.
Control system:
PID control
