Fully Automatic 30HL Brewery for Antigua Processing

Project of 30HL Brewery for Antigua is processing and at the final stage of piping fitting&programming, we are looking forward to the FAT by next month.

It is so exited to see another state of the art brewing system being rebuild based on the sit of old brewery which was destroyed by hurricane. Part of the exist units can be still combined with the new system from ZYB Craft, we are looking forward to see A New Lease on Life.

With the 5 vessel fully automatic brewhouse, it is designed for 6-8 brews per day, stage one is with 180HL CCTs, and everything is planned for stage 2 of 240HL CCTs and related BBTs.

It is a big honor as well that ZYB also involved in the further update of exist distillery. The ZYB team will be helping with carrying out installation and commissioning for two projects simultaneously.

Further more, This is a perfect coordination and also a new mile stone between ZYB and the other German engineering company based on the working relationship of another brewing system installed nearly 10 years ago. This prove a significant progress for ZYB, to prove our improvements on engineering, configuration, automation etc. In the end through this project, we have achieved a transformation from creating basic brewing systems to developing fully automated beer production lines.
