Project Description:

The basic configuration of such brewhouse as below:

Grain handling: Double roller malt mill+milled malt conveyor, combined with brewhouse.

Brewhouse: 10HL MLT+KW+WT, steam heated, partial automation.

Water system: 20HL HLT & CLT, with RO water system+pure water tank

Cellar system: 3*10HL CCT+1*20HL CCT,

4*Horizontal serving tanks used for bags or non bags.

Cooling system: A 10HP+5HP Chiller+glycol tank, with one chiller on while not brewing day.

PLC control system, with HMI monitor screen installed on BH platform.

A 150L CIP cart: Acid tank+Caustic tank
