Project Description:

It is one of the state of the art brewing system installed by ZYB at early stage.

The brewhouse is configured with pneumatic valves and others, then the local electrician contractors make the control panel and software combined with this system to be well fitted to local CSA regulation.

As we experience with other systems, we had a good start to make the system running, and afterwards, there were two time expansion for more cellar tanks of 20BBL/40BBL and also some pilot 100L Fermenters for researching or test brew etc.

Based on the experience with Microbrasserie Saint-Pancrace inc, we are have much higher ability on automation again.

The basic configuration as below:

Brewhouse: 20BBL 3 vessel Automatic brewhouse

(mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Water system: 45BBL HLT+ CLT, full assembled

Cellar system: 20BBL/40BBL Unitanks

100L Pilot tanks
