The basic configuration as below:

Brewhouse:

400L 2 vessel compact brewhouse(Mash/Kettle/whirlpool tank+Lauter tank)

Single stagse PHE for wort cooling.

Cellar system:

3×400L CCT , with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Control system:

PID control

CIP station

PLC control
