Project Description:

It is interesting story with Nevis Peak brewery happened under the concept of global village.

The first pilot system was made by ZYB, while we do not know where it was going, then after wards we have one of our best friends Mr Raj Kumar who already used two of ZYB system in Kenya and well experienced by ZYB system. We started to know we also have an state of the art brewing system running in Caribbean when Mr Raj asked us for more cellar tanks.

We are appreciated for the kind trust from the owner of Nevis peak brewery Mr Robert, who bring further opportunity to helped with two times cellar expansion.

For now we have another brand new system of 12BBL for them, and Mr Raj starts to use the 4th brewing system from ZYB Craft.

Configuration as below:

Stage 1:

Brewhouse 1: 3.5BBL two vessel brewhouse, with HLT&CLT system

Cellar tanks: 3.5-7BBL Unit tanks for first stage

CIP cart+water treatment system+cooling unit etc

Stage2:

6×12BBL Unitanks for the 2nd and 3th expansion.

Stage 3:

3×12BBBL unit tank+1×12bbl BBT

Stage 4:

Full grain system: Malt mill+grist hopper+conveyor
