It is a fully automatic testing plant designed and fabricated by ZYB craft, which is installed in the production basis of ZYB Craft. This system is used mainly for training, beer researching and contract brewing for people who is with future plan of their own brewery.

It is a system fully open to the brewing industry, and also for customization of future investor who wants to make the brewery,

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Two rollers dry mill from Sommer-Germany

Chain disc conveyor system, for fully auto malt transfer.

10HL Brewhouse of 3 vessels (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Fully skid mounted, fully automatic brewing system.

Water system:

30HL HLT with pump

30HL CLT with pump

Cellar system-stage 1

3×10HL Fermenters

Control system:

Industrial PC combined with software of “Smart Brew”

Others:

Fully cold group for cellar&wort cooling

RO water treatment setup

Electric powered steam generator
