Project Description:

It IS one of the biggest brand in the craft brewing industry in Yunnan province of China, and it is also a big name in the region of South Western China.

Recommended by Neil Playfoot since from Asian Beer Network, and we experienced the whole process since since the design to the final successful test. Good to see it is doing so well in the past years and the expand their capacity shortly with us.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Two rollers dry mill+chain disc conveyor&ground mounted grist case.

Brewhouse:

20HL Brewhouse of 3 vessels (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

With manual valve, but concentrated piping switch panel. Platform mounted HMI.

Water system:

60HL HLT with pump+40HL CLT with pump

Cellar system-stage 1:

10×20HL Fermentation tanks

2×20H Bright beer tanks

Cellar system-stage 2:

4×40H Fermentation tanks

1×40H Bright beer tank

Cooling system

10HP Chillers with glycol tank, full cold group

Control system:

PLC control system, with main panel and HMI separate

Full steam installation:

2 sets of electric powered steam generato

Others:

300L CIP station

Movable pump etc
