Project Description:

It is one of the state of the art brewery that ZYB ever built in China. A fully configured brewing system which fits the brewing efficiency of 10 brews per day in 24 hours.

It was a project spent only 5 months time since the fabrication to the final commission on site. The whole brewing system is well matched up wit all other related exist unit.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Dry malt mill from Sommer-Germany.

Full set conveyor system which covers raw malt feeding cabin, ground mounted grist hopper

Two sets conveyor for unmilled&milled malt transfer.

Brewhouse:

25HL 5 vessel Fully automatic Brewhouse

Fully automatic valves and sensors configured

Automatic spent grain transfer pump.

Water system：

100HL HLT heated via tubular heat exchanger

50HL CLT cooled via plate heat exchanger

100HL Brew water tank

Fully piping works configured & combined with whole brewing system

Cellar system:

4×25HL Fermentation tanks

4×50HL Fermentation tanks

10×100HL Fermentation tanks

2×100HL Bright beer tank

Fully hard piping&switch panels configured

CIP system:

Fully automatic 3000L 5 vessel CIP station

Cooling system

2 sets 30HP Chiller Combined with exist glycol reservoir.

Control system:

Automatic Siemens PLC control system, S7-1500

Software: Smart Brew.

Others:

1000L Yeast storage/propagation system

Syrup dosing system
