Project Description:

The basic configuration as below:


Milling unit:


500kgs/H malt mill with double rollers.


Brewhouse:


700L 2 vessel compact brewhouse(Mash/lauter tun+Kettle/whirlpool tun)


Single stagse PHE for wort cooling.


Tubular heat exchanger for wort cooling before whirlpool


Water system


1400L Hot water tank+pump


1000L Cold water tank+pump


Cellar system:


6×700L CCT + 2×350L CCT , with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.


Control system:


PID control


CIP station


100L CIP station: Alkali tank+acid tank+sterilize tank
