Project Description:

The basic configuration as below:

Milling unit:

Malt mill+Platform+auger+grist hopper+hydrator

Brewhouse:

1000L 3 vessel brewhouse(Mash tun+Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun)

Double stages plate heat exchanger

Water system

20HL Hot water tank +hot water pump

20HL Cold water tank+cold water pump

Cellar system:

4×10HL CCT +3X20HL CCT+fully configured glycol piping and valves with insulation

Cooling unit:

2x10hp chiller

1X2000L Glycol water tank

Control system:

Automatic Siemens PLC control with touch screen

CIP station

150L CIP station: Alkali tank+acid tank+pump+piping etc.

Kegging unit
