Project Description:
The basic configuration as below:
Cellar system:
First batch in 2023: 5×10HL CCT +6*20HL CCT+1*40HL CCT,
with fully preassembled hard cooling and heating piping and fittings.
Second expansion in 2025: 3×20HL +1*40HL CCT ,Assort the platform ,connect with the second floor
Cooling system:
2*12HP Chiller
1*30HL Glycol tank+ 2*glycol pump , with fully hard cooling piping and fittings.
Control unit:
PID Control, for all cellar tanks above
Support Unit:
1* 200L Yeast propagator
1*4 Four heads keg washer: Steam heating
200L CIP station: Acid tank+Caustic tank +HLT
