Project Description:

The basic configuration as below:


Brewhouse:


20HL combined 3 vessel brewhouse (mash/boiling tank+lauter tun + whirlpool tank), steam heating


Water system


25HL HLT with pump, combined with brewhouse unit


Cellar system:


3×40HL CCT. Fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.




Control system:


SS control panel, with Siemens PLC, S7-1200 serial
