Taberna Nacional 7BBL Brewpub System Project

Project Description:

Brewhouse:

7BBL 2 vessel brewhouse (mash /lauter tun/HLT +kettle/whirlpool tank)

HLT is heated by electric, and under Mash tun

Kettle is heated by Gas fire

Single stage PHE for wort cooling, with preset dual strainer.

Cellar system:

4×7BBL Unitank+ 2×40HL BBT, with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Control system:

SS control panel, well matched for CAS/UL regulation,

ZYBREW software, which is developed by ZYB team.
