Project Description:

This is the 3rd brewery project what we installed in Japan.We talked much with Satashi about the details for each tank because of his limited space,which increase the difficulty,after much communication we design drawing exactly based on Satoshi’s requirement and got his final confirmation.

The basic configuration as below:

Milling unit:

300-400kgs/H malt mill with double rollers.

Brewhouse:

3.5bbl 2 vessel compact brewhouse(Mash/lauter tun+Kettle/whirlpool tun)

Double stagse PHE for wort cooling, with preset dual strainer.

Tubular heat exchanger for wort cooling before whirlpool

Water system

7BBL brewing tank

7BBL Hot water tank+pump

Cellar system:

4×3.5BBL CCT + 2×2BBL CT , with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.
