The 100HL Automatic Brewhouse System is configured for people who wants to do either large scale commercial craft beer, or industrial beer. Which is flexible between different concept.
With the right configuration and efficiency, such brewhouse can reach the capacity of 150000 - 200000HL per year.
Beside barley malt it is also flexible for other ingredients like, rice, cereal etc.
From the beginning of design concept, it is for brewing under more shift, and the efficiency on brewing also brings the good energy saving, full labor using based on more more shift working condition.
It is with perfect automation combined with this system, to make the whole system running without human intervention. Besides the automation production process control, the automation can be combined with further recipe management, ERP system etc.
