The 10BBL brewhouse is well fitted for small and medium size brewing capacity, which is with both beer production and tap room combined in the same facility.
It fits a big range of brewing capacity, which is a good size and design principle for the brewing in North America.
A tubular heat exchanger is specially configured for the hops additive while whirlpool process, so the hoppy style brewing with higher aroma flavor.
The steam heating method is higher recommended, however others like direct electric heat and gas fired system can be customized to fit the easier heating source in facility, and help with the local lower cost on investment of public parts.
The same design can be put into use of use of slight bigger system up to 15BBL size.
