The 40HL Brewhouse System with such capacity and configuration is flexible for bigger commercial production request, with a big range of brew batches and plato, the cellar tanks size is widely configured between 2-6 times bigger of brewhouse size.
Efficiency and quality is the biggest advantage of such brewhouse configuration, besides it brings big labor cost and energy saving.
The brewing process can be started in evening time or before the official daily job starting when combined with good automation process. Therefor the daily brewing efficiency can be increased significantly.
