Project Description:

It is a longer term cooperation with Brasserie OX since the year of 2016, we are pleased to help and be involved with the new brewery setup and the expansion from year to year. It is a great appreciation to Jean-Baptiste OCHS trust, the cellar expansion started from 20HL tank and increased to 80HL ones to fit the increased production and sales. It is really a enjoyable work with team of OX, and we hope to have the support and the relationship between two parties extended and last for longer time.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Malt mill recommended from Sommer-Germany

Floor mounted grist hopper for malt storage of single brew.

Full set chain disc conveyor to combine the whole malt transport loop.

Brewhouse: 20HL 3 vessel brewhouse (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Manual valves with piping switch panel 

Water system 60HL HLT+40HL CLT, full assembled

Cellar system: 20HL/40HL/80HL CCTs mixed, with catwalk installed for whole cellar unit

CIP: 5HL CIP of 3 vessels (Caustic+acid+sterilize)

Control: Basic PLC control system
