Project Description:

This cooperation with Cibulle is established after the communication of year one year, and the deal is made based on the purpose of establishing a show case brewery in France, which is for good size and higher automation.

We worked together with Maxime since the basic discussion on process, configuration and finally came out with the full detailed proposal and full set drawings which covers customized P&ID, vessels, layout and piping diagram in both 2D and 3D version. Then we had the technician on site for the whole installation, till the final test brew together.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Malt mill recommended from Sommer-Germany

Floor mounted grist hopper for malt storage of single brew.

Full set chain disc conveyor to combine the whole malt transport loop.

Brewhouse:

20HL 3 vessel automatic brewhouse (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Fully pneumatic valves with proximity switch sensor; full piping set

Single stage PHE for wort cooling, with preset dual strainer.

Water system

60HL HLT+40HL CLT, full assembled for automation brewing support

Cellar system:

4×40HL CCT + 2×40HL BBT, with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Control system:

SS control panel, well matched for EU regulation,

ZYBREW software, which is developed by ZYB team.

CIP station

5HL CIP station: Alkali tank+acid tank+sterilize tank
