Project Description:

Brasserie de la Mule’s brewery construction is under fantastic and longer term cooperation, the good cooperation with ZYB lasts till 2026 based on multi stage cellar expansion from 2022 to 2026.

Joel Galy is so nice guy and keeps very good friendship with team of ZYB, it is really enjoyable experience with them. Whenever there is any issues, we can solve them all quickly under both parties effort. Looking forward to the further cooperation in French region. Cheers to La Mule.

The basic configuration as below:

Brewhouse: :

10HL Combined 3 vessel brewhouse (mash/boiling tank+ stacked lauter/whirlpool tank)

Water system:

20HL HLT+pumps for water supply of whole system.

Cellar system:

State 1: 1×20HL CCT + 6×10HL CCT+ 3×5HL horizontal lagering tanks

Stage 2: 4×20HL CCT

Stage 3: 4×20HL Horizontal lagering tank

Stage: 4: 10×5HL Horizontal lagering tank in total for beer storage&lagering with/without inliner bags

Control system:

SS control panel, with Siemens PLC, S7-1200 serial
