Project Description:

This is 1st brewery project what we installed in France,it’s a manual brewing system,the communication went very smoothly.

The basic configuration as below:

Brewhouse:

2000L 3 vessel brewhouse(Mash tun+Lauter tun+Kettle tun+Whirlpool tun)

Double stages plate heat exchanger

Water system

40HL Hot water tank +hot water pump

Cellar system:

4×20HL CCT + one movable pump

Control system:

Automatic Siemens PLC control with touch screen

CIP station

100L CIP station: Alkali tank+acid tank+pump+piping etc.
