Project Description:

It is a project recommended by a good partner (Il était une brasserie), and we helped with the whole installation to gether.

After a short communication, we met and talked together at Braubeivale2024, Tommy from VIF had very good impression on the 10HL automatic brewhouse of 3 vessels showing there, and the whole brewhosue unit was transported directly from Germany to France.

Meanwhile we have the other equipment fabricated in ZYB factory in China shipped to France.

There were 2 technicians taking care of the whole installation process from container unloading to the final test brew. ZYB team doing all 90% of piping fitting&welding, wiring, programming&testing etc. VIF is already one of the most famous brands in Franch beer industry, we sincerely wish Tommy make the brand bigger and beeer business get better again.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Malt mill recommended from Sommer-Germany for better efficiency guarantee.

Chain disc conveyor for connecting between mill, hopper and grist hydrator.

A grist hopper for storage of single brew amount

Brewhouse:

10HL 3 vessel automatic brewhouse (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Fully pneumatic driving units, with full sensors

External boiler&tubular heat exchanger for wort cooling from boiling to whirpool process.

Fully skid mounted brewhouse

Water system

30HL HLT+30HL CLT, full assembled for automation brewing support
