Project Description:

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Malt mill 500kg, stainless steel

Auger transfers milled malt from mill outlet to the grist case

Chain disc conveyor extended to mash tun directly and combined with grist hydrator.

Brewhouse:

10HL combined 3 vessel brewhouse (mash tun+lauter tun + kettle/whirlpool tank), pneumaticl valves , steam heating

Water system

20HL HLT with pump, combined with brewhouse unit

Cellar system:

6×20HL CCT fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Control system:

SS control panel, with Siemens PLC, S7-1500 serial

Siemens HMI monitor mounted on brewhouse brewdeck.

Cooling system

5HP chiller, 1000L glycol tank

CIP

100L CIP trolley, 3 vessels
