Project Description:

The basic configuration as below:

Grain handling system:

A grist hopper for storage of single brew amount

Chain disc conveyor extended to mash tun directly and combined with grist hydrator.

Brewhouse:

10HL 3 vessel brewhouse (Mash tun+Lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank),

Single stage plate heating exchanger,

Manual valves

Water system

30HL HLT with pump, combined with brewhouse unit

Control system:

SS control panel, with Siemens PLC, S7-1200 serial

Siemens HMI combined with cellar setup for whole system control.
