Project Description:

This is a project that faced many challenges but ultimately achieved good results. After a longer communication with Remi and Samia, finally we makde a visit in 2019 and talked face to face in their facility close to Liege and worked out with a customized system for mostly higher gravity beer brewing.

The produciton processed well but it came the Covid time afterwards when the brewery delivery in the brewery, they managed local technician for the basic installation and make it possible for brewing. Then we have our technician coming for visit twice helping with further trouble shooting, and it is running well. Thanks for the kind trust from Misery team to choose us and appreciated for the kind understanding and patience while ding this project.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

A Maltman mill of MM220 configured, and transported to from Germany to Belgium directly.

Brewhouse:

5HL 3 vessel brewhouse  (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Hand valves for manual operation

Dual stage heat exchanger

Water system

15HL HLT + Pump

Cellar system:

4×10HL CCT + 1×10HL BBT, with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Control system:

SS control panel, well matched for EU regulation,

Siemens PLC, with HMI combined with brewhouse installation.

ZYBREW software, which is developed by ZYB team.

CIP station

50L CIP cart: Alkali tank+acid tank

Others:

Steam heated keg washer
