Project Description:

Based on the kind recommendation of Martin Schau, who had so many years of partnership in Scandinavia, and a long and friendly communication with Toben, we make this project happen. There was prefect timing plan on this project, so we had no delay caused by both Xmas, New year of 2025 and Chinese new year.

There were some challenge because the speciality of facility, eg, the bright beer tanks are installed above a big gutter. Finally we make this possible and happy to see the client is running  the system smoothly.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Malt mill recommended from Sommer-Germany for better efficiency guarantee.

Chain disc conveyor extended to mash tun directly and combined with grist hydrator.

Brewhouse:

10HL combined 3 vessel brewhouse (mash/boiling tank+lauter tun/whirlpool tank), manual valves , direct vapor venting.

Water system

35HL HLT with pump, combined with brewhouse unit

Cellar system:

6×10HL CCT + 4×10HL BBT, fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Control system:

SS control panel, with Siemens PLC, S7-1200 serial

Siemens HMI monitor mounted on brewhouse brewdeck.

CIP station

80L CIP station: single vessel for caustic
