Project Description:

We initiated our first cooperation with Gaspard in 2022. During the installation process, an interesting situation arose when the brewery adjusted the site layout. Through close communication, we successfully installed all equipment on site in a smooth and efficient manner.

The basic configuration as below:

Brewhouse:

10BBL 2 vessel brewhouse (mash /lauter tun +kettle/whirlpool tank)

Electric heated

Water Station

20BBL HLT+pump Electric heated

Cellar system:

3×10BBL Unitank+ 1×20BBL Unitank+1×10BBL BBT+1×20BBT, with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Support Unit:

1* 150L CIP Two tanks are heated by electric
