Project Description:

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Malt mill from China

Floor mounted grist hopper for malt storage of single brew.

Full set chain disc conveyor to combine the whole malt transport loop.

Brewhouse:

10HL 3 vessel automatic brewhouse (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

Fully pneumatic valves with proximity switch sensor; full piping set

Single stage PHE for wort cooling, with preset dual strainer.

Water system

30HL HLT+20HL CLT, full assembled for automation brewing support

Cellar system:

4×10HL CCT + 2×20HL CCT +2×10HL BBT, with fully preassembled hard piping and fittings for glycol.

Cooling system:

1*10HL Glycol tank+ 2* Pump

Support Unit:

100L CIP Acid tank+Caustic tank

1*two heads keg washer

1*300L Blending tank

1*1000L Setrilization tank
