Project Description:

This was a highly challenging project for ZYB, not only due to its scale and complexity but also because both parties had to navigate regional adjustments regarding personnel and resources, as well as evolving regulatory policies.

Ultimately, through close collaboration, the installation of the brewing section was completed, and all auxiliary equipment and supporting facilities were successfully positioned and commissioned.

We hope the investor will bring the entire brewery system into operation and widely promote high-quality beer across the country.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Dry malt mill from Sommer-Germany.

Full set conveyor system which covers raw malt feeding cabin, ground mounted grist hopper

Two sets conveyor for unmilled&milled malt transfer.
