Project Description:

Very interesting experience with team of Madocke, as they also do Belgian beer in Australia.

It was a long journey with Jimmy from Madocke brewing, that we were spending most of the time on the technical part, which is a big fun for both parties to learn each other better and finally got closer and closer to a real customized system. Thanks for so much mutual communication on facility part, and the finally helps with easy assembly on site. Looking forward to a cup of beer there once in Brisbane one day.

The basic configuration as below:

Full grain handling system:

Two rollers dry mill+chain disc conveyor&top mounted grist hopper

(ZYB Craft/ZYBREW started to adopt chain disc conveyor for better working condition since this project)

Brewhouse:

12HL Brewhouse of 3 vessels (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

With manual valve, but concentrated piping switch panel. Platform mounted HMI.

Water system:

24HL HLT with pump+24HL CLT with pump

Cellar system:

3×12HL Fermentation tanks

4×24HL Fermentation tanks
