Project Description:

It is a very good partner (Dave Ward and Jimmy Young) who already used the system from another supplier but finally still choose ZYB for this brand new 30HL Brewing system construction.

We spent nearly the whole year talking about  the configuration and the technical details, then from the design, to fabrication etc, we did all fitting their request.

Besides the successful commission of the 30HL system, we worked together on quite a few other expansion in the coming year. It is always good to hear they have stable production and good market for their beers. Although it is already longer time since their brewery completion, ZYB still keep the service once needed.

The basic configuration as below:

Stage 1:

Full grain handling system:

Dry mill&grist case&flexi auger consist of the whole grain handling unit

Brewhouse:

30HL Brewhouse of 3 vessels (mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank)

With manual valve, but concentrated piping switch panel.

PLC control, platform mounted HMI.

Water system:

60HL HLT with pump

40HL CLT with pump

Cellar system:

3×30HL Unitank fermenters

3×30HL Bright beer tank

Cooling system:

2*15HP Chiller with glycol tank, which fitted request of future expansion.

Control system:

SS control panel, with Siemens PLC, S7-1200 serial

Stage 2:

3*60HL Unitank fermenters

1*60HL Bright beer tanks

The full set yeast assimilation system of 500L

Full set 100L pilot brewing system for recipe test.
